Orchard House/Concord Path to the Side through the woods Since the tour did not extend to the outside, I have no way of knowing if this path was there when the Alcotts lived at Orchard House. But I like to imagine it was the path they took to Walden pond-- which is in that general direction.We did drive by, but since I wanted to get to Salem, we didn't stop. It's very nice-- but much larger than I imagined it for some reason. Kim Wells 10/03
