Gallery /Elvis Salmon In Anchorage, they had this "Salmon on Parade" scuplture thing going on. It's like the "Cows on Parade" you see elsewhere. I was obsessed. I took pictures of many salmon. This one is my favorite. He was hard to find-- I had to hunt down this building, the correct entrance, the lobby, then take the pix, listening to these receptionists seem to be making fun of me for taking a picture of the salmon. I heard disparaging remarks being made, but I did not care. I am a tourist, and a blogger. Pictures make me happy. Kim Wells 8/1/2004
